Very clean and cosy apartment. Perfect location - right next to all the hotspots of Vienna.

The location is the selling point. For information, take the key with you because the gates of the pathway to the apartment entrance are closed at night!

Extremely comfortable, spacious apartment in fantastic location.

Location is superb . It could not be more central. Short walk to the main tourist attractions.

There were some minor issues with the power to the kitchen. However the agency were extremely responsive and there was a service man fixing the issue within 20 mins.

Spacious!! Amazing location!! Overall we liked it a lot!

Please indicate better the information about the key to the entrance(yard door)!!! To get to the apt we use codes but after 8pm to access to the backyard a physical key is needed. We were locked out but luckily the waiters from the restaurant in the same building let us in.

The location is great, the apartment is right in the center. Cleaning and equipment were very good, and the team that dealt with guests questions was also very active. It was a really great experience.

Close to transportation vehicles and has a lot of services. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen utensils, password-protected entry system. A clean and organized apartment. Highly recommended.

great location the instructions are clear, good responsiveness by the owner

IMHO, the level of supported basic hosting needs are very low. there was only one toilet paper for 3 guests, no shampoo or soap, no coffee tablets, while the stores on Sunday were closed for such items. we were not prepared for such level of accommodation, compared to other places. I added these parameters to my mandatory list to search in future…

spacious, very good location for the iternary that we had set for ourselves.

The lack of information pack was a little frustrating as to how to use the various equipment and what was expected of us on our departure. Provision of additional pillows would have been appreciated.

Fantastic apartment literally hidden from you finding it.

Out of the 10 countries we visited our budget was about the same but we were quite shocked when we entered this apartment, it was twice the size and equally more luxurious to any other place we'd been for the same money. I could probably live in this apartment. The shower was fantastic, the room was nicely (weirdly?) decorated and we enjoyed it immensely. The location is literally on the steps of the Hofburg and minutes from Cafe Central.

The checkin instructions were literally the worst of any apartment I'd ever stayed in. They gave you an address and then an apartment number. They say to enter the code when you get to the apartment but there's no place to enter it. That is all. When you're on the street there's no indication where this apartment is. You have to walk through the covered passageway and walk up to a gate on the left. At that gate you just have to ring the apartment number as if you're expecting someone to be in it. A voice will come over the intercom and buzz the gate which leads you to a corridor that provides back doors to restaurants. There will be bags of trash and maybe workers sitting on buckets in the corridor which is all of 1.5 meters wide. And then nothing, it dead ends. You have no other choice but to take the elevator but you don't know which floor the apartment is on. I went to the most logical based on the apartment number and I was wrong. I ended up going to each floor one at a time until I found it and then the door code that made no sense earlier and the door opens. Well, it did a couple of times until the smart lock stopped working and we had to wait an hour for a repairman to come fix it. This process could be clear using instructions and photos. It took me 30 minutes to finally get into the apartment once finding the address. I've never experienced anything like that before. I do not blame the apartment owner but rather the management company. Also the wifi signal is only good in a small portion of the house. It's barely adequate if you have to get work done. I don't know why apartments that take in 5000 euros per month skimp on a 20 euro service. Are they saving 10 euros? Make sure you have good cell service. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would because the apartment was fantastic and outweighs this experience.

Nice big apartment in good location

Nice bit apartment in a perfect location.

Apartment needs some repairs. Kitchen doors need to be realigned, tv remote is broken (push button for 5sec before it reeponds). With a small amount of money and time it can return to perfection. Also no AC; it was 28C in the apartment, but open windows and heigh ceilling helpt.

Located in a very peaceful area, with public transport that leaves you very close, around the building there are several options to eat, near museums, churches, the apartment has all the comforts is very well equipped is beautiful in every way, designs modern, it is really exact to the photos, I highly recommend it.

The property looks exactly as in the picture.

First think we did not like was the fact that there was no air con. With the heat in Vienna last weekend it was unbearable. There is heating but no air con. Maybe you should consider providing something to cool off. Second, there is a coffee machine but no capsules for it. If you provide the equipment, provide the possibility to use it as well. Probably the rating will increase significantly if the small details (welcoming details) will be taken into consideration.

It's really nice apartment with few services to improve.

It's really cosy apartment in the middle of the old town. The rooms are quite large, the flat was clean and decorated with taste.

The check-in is quite late (16:00) and there is no option to leave your luggage earlier (although the check-out is till 11:00). There was no toilet equipment (what they informed about in announcement), but there was no soap even, what is not acceptable, especially during the pandemic. Of course is not a problem to buy it oneself, but when you pay about 500 eur for your stay you expect the soap for 1 eur included (there was actually some soap diluted with water, so it was not forgetting, but rather a deliberate act).
